New otc order

An otc (over-the-counter) order is used to charge services that are not directly related to a flight handling. For example for meeting room rentals or monthly fuel orders that contain all the fuel services of the past month. Creating an otc order can also be used to correct invoices.

Start time/end time

In case of a meeting room rental, the start and end time can be used for scheduling. Also for monthly orders you can enter the first day of the current and next month to indicate the period that the order is for.

Plan board

In the plan board the otc order is only displayed when the start and end time are specified. The bar is has a white back ground and the order key is the displayed instead of the registration and flight numbers. If no start and end time is specified the order is only visible in the open orders grid.

Like all other order types, the text and background colors of the bar can be set differently in the workflow configuration.
