Creating a new order

New handling requests can be entered by clicking on 'Create order' in the main menu bar.

Before entering the request details, first the <create order screen> is displayed where you need to select which type of order you want to create.

By default the following order types are available:
- Handling order
- Arrival-only order
- Departure-only order
- Home operator order
- Parking order
- OTC order
