Workflow transition emails

FBO One can automatically send an email when a new order has been created or when the current workflow state an order changes due to a state transition. The emails can be send to all the persons that have a certain role.

In the Administration | Workflows | Transition emails section one or more roles can be assigned to a workflow state. When an order reaches this state, an email will be send to notify all persons in that role.

In the Administration | Settings | Email Settings section the template of the email subject (setting 'OrderStateChangeEmailBody') can be changed. The fields that are placed between ~-characters are replaced with actual order information by FBO One. This excel sheet provides the a list of available order fields. Additional field values that can be used are listed in this excel sheet.
