Movement messages

FBO One can automatically send an email when the aircraft arrives and/or departs. The emails can be send to the operator, debtor, trip support provider and airport autorities.

In the Administration | Settings | Email Settings section the subject and body of the emails can be configured. The fields that are placed between ~-characters are replaced with actual flight information by FBO One. This excel sheet provides the a list of available fields.

If the "Arrival notification required" and/or "Departure notification required" flags are marked, the contact will automatically receive movement messages. This flags can be configured in the Edit organization screen.
