Email settings

The emails sent by FBO One are based on templates. For example, the Handling Confirmation is a PDF document that is sent as an attachment to an email. The text of the email message itself can be defined in a template using Administration | Settings. In that page, you must scroll all the way down to the block of settings titled 'Email settings'.

The template for the handling confirmation is named HnConfirmationEmailBody and could be defined like so:

Dear Customer,

Attached you will find our confirmation for handling of your ~AircraftTypeShortName~ aircraft with registration ~AircraftRegistrationCode~‹br›

Arrival:- ~MostActualArrivalTime~
Departure:- ~MostActualDepartureTime~
Our order number: ~OrderKey~

The variables available in these mails, are the same variables that almost the same as the supply order variables.
